Empty plastic toner cartridges used in MFPs are notoriously difficult to destroy and recycle, due mainly to residual toner dust and mixed plastic types incorporated in the manufacturing process.

Our cartridge recycling system is UK-based and uses a unique process that identifies, cleans, grinds and separates plastic toners into graded plastic beads ready for re-use in a wide range of products across multiple industries.

How it works

You can use any box to collect your toners as long as it meets the standard size requirements for courier collection.  However we recommend purchasing the print recycle boxes at £4.95 each. These come with tape and a plastic liner designed to minimise any spills.  The box takes between 20 and 25 toner cartridges and you can recycle any type or manufacturer. When your box is full, simply contact us and we’ll arrange collection.

Each collection is charged at £29.95 so your total cost is less than £1.50 per cartridge.

Auditable

On receipt of the toner box collection, a "GOODS IN GROSS WEIGHT" report is generated and a unique serial number assigned. This number is tracked throughout the process and later compared to the weight of plastics, metals, powder and other materials we recycle.  This information can be provided to you as the end user and an annual waste transfer note can be supplied.
