Who is the Organisation?

Dixon Rigby Keogh (DRK) is one of the largest and most established legal firms in Mid Cheshire, with a history of excellence spanning decades. They operate from three key locations: Northwich, Winsford, and Sandbach, providing high-quality legal services to the wider Cheshire community.

What were the project requirements?

DRK’s Northwich office was undergoing a significant transformation as part of their expansion efforts. They were relocating to a larger building with a dedicated car park, previously used as a Children’s Nursery. This required a complete refurbishment to align the space with the professional, functional needs of a modern legal firm. The project scope included creating a new Reception area, Toilets, Meeting Rooms, and Offices.

WB was appointed to manage the entire process—from the refurbishment to furnishing and fitting out the new office spaces. This involved close collaboration with contractors to ensure the project was executed smoothly and efficiently.

What was our process?

WB collaborated closely with DRK to create a bespoke layout design tailored to their needs, obtaining Building Control approval and establishing a clear project schedule. The former nursery underwent a comprehensive transformation, with structural modifications to accommodate a new Reception area, Toilets, Meeting Rooms, and Offices. Once construction was complete, WB came in and began by installing the carefully selected furniture and finishes that optimised space and reflected a modern, professional aesthetic.

WB supplied and installed high-quality Reception, Meeting Room, Rest Area, and Office furniture, prioritising practical storage solutions and ergonomic seating to support DRK’s staff and clients.
