Organisation
The Grange School is a highly successful private day school near Northwich, Cheshire, England. Founded in 1933 as a preparatory school, in 1978 the school made the progression to the opening of a secondary school and now teaches pupils of all school ages.
Requirement
The Grange required a responsive & competitively priced Manged Print Service for printing and document processing with full print management & reporting.
Process
WB have dealt with the Grange for a number of years and provide a fully managed service across their Reprographics Department and Campus fleet of MFPs and Network Printers. When recent contracts were up for renewal, WB carried out a full print audit and discussed the school requirements with the key stakeholders to obtain a comprehensive assesment of needs going forward.
Solution
Based on the findings, WB proposed a new fleet of Konica equipment in the Reprographics Department with a range of Kyocera MFPs & Network Printers across the rest of the School locations, all running embedded PaperCut MF control software.
Over the Summer holidays all the equipment was replaced, configured and users provided with user training. The IT dept. have direct access to their fleet via our maintenance system and administer the PaperCut MF software All the equipment is remotely monitored by WB providing automatic supplies of toners, collection of meter readings and performance reports. WB also carry out a preventive maintenance programme in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations to ensure reliability and reduce machine downtime.
Customer View
“WB have proved a reliable partner for a number of years. They give us first class support and flexibility and engineer response times are excellent. We also have control of our print volumes and costs which is critical”
