How long can I keep my printer for?

As long as you need to.  The first subscription period is for three months but after that you can simply pay monthly.

What if I need to send it back sooner?

Talk to us. We know times are tricky and so we try to be flexible.  Early returns may be possible subject to a restocking charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take payment by all major credit cards or by Direct Debit.  If you are a business with one of our approved credit accounts, we can invoice you on a monthly basis.

What if I go over my included pages?

Your included pages are spread over twelve months so any seasonal fluctuations are accommodated. If you need additional pages, you can purchase an extra page pack for mono and/or colour that will provide you with extra toner delivered free of charge. You should note that included pages are based on an average 5% coverage.  If you are printing densely coloured documents you may not achieve this number of pages and may need to purchase a page pack sooner.

What if the printer breaks down?

It’s rare for a printer to develop a hardware issue if it’s properly operated and maintained, however your printer has a warranty included where you can return it to the manufacturer for a repair. If you choose to upgrade this cover, we can send a technician out to you. Most issues are caused by IT or network settings and so can generally be resolved over the ‘phone - that’s why you have thirty minutes’ FREE remote support included each month.

Are there any hidden extras?

No. The only thing not included is VAT. You’ll also need to make sure that the printer is insured against the usual risks. But that’s it - stress free printing for a low fully inclusive monthly payment.
